The Board

Maddie is the Founder of NorthStar. As a new mom, Maddie is excited to transform the learning space here in Watertown. She is a lifelong learner and creative soul looking to share her passion with the community. She holds two degrees in business and marketing and wants to share her love of creativity and discovery with her community.

Dylan is the other half of the Collins duo. Dylan brings over a decade of military service and expertise to the board, offering valuable insight into how we can impact our military community. Dylan is a new father, and holds a degree in business, and his PMP. He is passionate about his community and his family and aims to help make a difference.

Ben is the co-pilot of this entire operation. His love for his community and his children led him to this project, and he brings decades of military and business experience to the board. He specializes in scaling operations, and as a dad himself, he is excited to help support our goals in the learning space. 

Brittany is a local Nurse Practitioner and has spent her entire life helping others here in the Watertown community. Her medical expertise is invaluable as we continue to encourage STEM learning. Brittany is all about hands-on experience and, as a mother herself, has a passion for youth and experience that provides a great deal of benefit to our board.
